several years ago at a sci fi convention at the Copley Marriot hotel I was lucky enough to sit next to Jimmy doohan from Star Trek. He allowed me to do a quick watercolor portrait on a postcard as long as I promised not to make him "too fat." He was a real gentleman and this piece has been sitting in my portfolio from college for several years.
